We have given a new purpose to the historic buildings in the estate Browary Wrocławskie, under the supervision of the city preservationist, with high legal, formal and social requirements. In Łódź, in the historic buildings of the Scheibler factory, Echo Investment has developed unique lofts and loft apartments, creating a micro-district of Fuzja in Łódź.

Our flagship estate, Olimpia Port, was awarded Best Residential Project 2012-2015 in the sustainability category.

We share our knowledge. In 2022, we prepared our report on living responsibly, in which we presented an analysis of the best eco-practices in the field of designing apartments and estates.

Our tree protection guidelines document has been prepared, which describes in detail the Tree Protection Zones. Dendrological issues are of particular importance to us.

Our solutions are in place to reduce water consumption and facilitate effective water management. A good example of this is a retention reservoir we have built in our project Sady nad Zieloną.

There is a footbridge over Czarna Woda in Olimpia Port - we have designed connections within the estate so as not to cause damage to Swojczycki Park Czarna Woda.
