We are a nationwide developer listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange. We have been changing Wrocław for more than 35 years.
Our projects are places where you can work, relax, enjoy sporting activities – simply live. We look at them comprehensively, as a vital part of the city.
Complete estates
Our estates are built in line with the idea of 15-minute cities, which give residents quick and easy access to services and retail outlets. They allow to create more integrated neighbourhood communities and unique cities within the city.
Access for everyone
Our estates are available to all – not only the residents of our projects can enjoy a range of amenities – such as playgrounds, green spaces and recreational areas. We do not close ourselves off to our surroundings and local communities.
We enjoy the greenery
It is clear to us how important the surroundings are for our well-being. It is the presence of green spaces that has a positive effect on how we feel, how physically active we are or how we enjoy recreational areas.
Although we have already completed many ambitious projects, we never lose sight of what matters most – the residents and users of our buildings.

2023
The Echo-Archicom Group finalises the merger of the residential business. Archicom enters new markets by acquiring residential development projects, a team of employees and a bank of land from Echo Investment.
2022
Purchasing a plot of land in Poznań.
The first ESG report is published.
The launch of the PlayFair initiative.
2021
A merger with Echo Investment.
Entering the Warsaw market.
The Group has become the largest developer on the residential market in Poland.
2019
Ecology in office buildings and estates.
The completion of City Forum, an office building that has achieved LEED certification at the GOLD level.
The start of sales of two multi-stage projects in Wrocław – Planty Racławickie, an estate with biophilic design, and Awipolis, a modern estate in Oporów.
2017
New markets and new projects.
Joining forces with MLocum – a joint project on new markets.
The start of sales of two projects: Ogrody Hallera (modern urban villas in the prestigious part of Krzyki) and Browary Wrocławskie (a historic mixed-use project on the site of the former Browar Piast).
2016
A transparent financial situation and a project changing the centre of Wrocław.
The first listing of Archicom on the Stock Exchange.
The start of sales of River Point – prestigious apartments, in Wrocław’s Kępa Mieszczańska, which changed the character of the area.
2014
With respect for nature.
The start of construction of Słoneczne Stabłowice – a residential estate by the Bystrzyca River, within the Natura 2000 area.
2012
A flagship, multi-phase project by Archicom.
The start of sales of Olimpia Port – the biggest complex estate in Wrocław, located right by the river.
2011
City-forming projects.
In 2011, a new office complex was built – West Forum – the biggest building with such a purpose in Wrocław.
Further phases of Ogrody Hallera (modern urban villas in the prestigious Krzyki district) and Cztery Pory Roku in the Jagodno district in Wrocław also started.
2005
Archicom succeeds on the commercial market.
The first sale of an office building in Wrocław.
2003
Developing and implementing the idea of building social estates – Cztery Pory Roku.
Archicom implements its innovative approach to space and its role as a creator of the city. The idea of social estates – Cztery Pory Roku, in the Jagodno district of Wrocław, is expanded.
2000
More and more.
Archicom constructs the first smart building, at Ciepła Street, with video surveillance and Internet access.
Entering the commercial property market – new office spaces are developed for such entities as BZ WBK and GE Capital, among others.
1997
Activities on diversified markets.
The first residential building “Podkowa” in Karlowice starts its construction.
The start of construction of the Renaissance Business Centre office building located in Wrocław.
1993
A task (almost) impossible.
Archicom undertakes the renovation of a Renaissance tenement house on Kiełbaśnicza Street in Wrocław (currently Art Hotel).
1990
Not only residential projects.
. Archicom receives its first order in the banking sector.
1986
Archicom starts its operations.
. One of the first, in the Polish People’s Republic, private architectural companies founded.
First designs of single-family houses in Prochowice and Strzelin.
